Terms of Service — Alb Travel

Welcome to Alb Travel. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Alb Travel website (alb-travel.com), mobile services, and bus ticket booking platform (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, booking a ticket, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Ticket Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent/legal guardian, to create an account and make bookings on Alb Travel.

3. Account Registration

• You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Alb Travel reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. Booking & Payment

• All bookings made through the Service are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Ticket prices are displayed in [ALL/EUR] and may include applicable service fees.
• Payment must be completed in full at the time of booking through the accepted payment methods (card, bank transfer, or other listed options).
• A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation (e-ticket) has been issued.

5. Ticket Use

Use of purchased tickets is governed by our separate Ticket Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. User Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or Alb Travel systems;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to transport prohibited goods;
• Resell tickets for commercial gain without written authorization from Alb Travel;
• Engage in abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior toward staff or other passengers.

Alb Travel reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Alb Travel makes reasonable efforts to ensure schedules, pricing, and route information are accurate but does not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Alb Travel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, schedule changes, or trip cancellations, except as required by applicable law.
• Alb Travel's liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount paid for that specific ticket.

9. Force Majeure

Alb Travel shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, road closures, strikes, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to the Alb Travel name, logo, design, text, and software, is the property of Alb Travel and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without prior written consent.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with Albania's Law No. 9887/2008 "On the Protection of Personal Data" (as amended).

12. Changes to These Terms

Alb Travel reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the website or registered email where applicable.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Albania.
