Ticket Policy — Alb Travel
1. Booking & Purchase
- Tickets can be purchased online at alb-travel.com or through authorized Alb Travel counters/agents.
- Each ticket is valid only for the specific route, date, and time selected at the time of booking.
- Passengers must provide accurate personal information (full name, contact number) at the time of booking, as this may be required for verification during boarding.
2. Ticket Validity
- Tickets are valid only for the trip and date specified. They cannot be used for a different date or route without prior rebooking.
- E-tickets (digital/QR code tickets) are accepted as valid proof of purchase and must be presented, either printed or on a mobile device, at boarding.
3. Passenger Identification
- Passengers may be required to present a valid ID card or passport matching the name on the ticket, upon request by Alb Travel staff.
- Failure to provide valid identification may result in denied boarding without refund.
4. Boarding Requirements
- Passengers must arrive at the departure point at least 15-30 minutes before departure.
- Alb Travel reserves the right to release a passenger's seat if they fail to check in or board before departure, without refund or compensation.
5. Ticket Transfer & Name Change
- Tickets are non-transferable unless a name change is requested and approved by Alb Travel at least [X hours] before departure, subject to an administrative fee.
- Reselling tickets to third parties without authorization is prohibited.
6. Luggage Policy
- Each passenger is entitled to one piece of standard luggage (up to [XX kg]) free of charge, plus one small hand-carry item.
- Additional or oversized luggage may incur an extra fee, subject to availability of space.
- Alb Travel is not liable for valuables, fragile items, or perishable goods left unattended in luggage.
7. Lost or Damaged Tickets
- Lost e-tickets can be reissued upon verification of the booking reference and passenger identity.
- Alb Travel is not responsible for tickets lost, stolen, or shared with unauthorized third parties.
8. Minors Traveling Alone
- Passengers under 18 traveling without a parent or guardian may be required to provide written consent from a parent/guardian, along with valid identification.
9. Right to Refuse Service
Alb Travel reserves the right to refuse boarding to any passenger who:
- Fails to present valid ticket or identification,
- Behaves in a disruptive, abusive, or unsafe manner,
- Attempts to board with prohibited items.
